TENNIS/PICKLEBALL RULES

When the pool is open, the courts must be accessed through the main pool entrance.
When the pool is closed, courts 1-4 are locked and may be accessed through the gate next to the stables by use of a special key.
A key for the gate may be purchased during the pool season for $10. Please email bbttennis@gmail.com if you would like to purchase one.
Courts are to be used for tennis and pickleball play ONLY.
Do not walk behind players during an active point as a cut through.
Tennis shoes must be worn on the courts at all times.
The backboard may be used between the hours of 10 am and 9 pm only.
Off season, members using the courts are responsible for relocking both the tennis gate lock and ensuring the outer gate to the parking lot locks after they exit.
Please use the fence gates; do not climb the fences.
Lessons and organized tennis and pickleball activities have priority over recreational play.
Play is limited to one hour for singles and one and a half hours for doubles when others are waiting for courts.
Please deposit all trash in the trash cans. Off season, all trash is to be carried out with you.
