• The designated time slots to reserve a picnic area for a party will be: 12:00n – 4:00p or 4:30p – 8:30p
• Rain dates are not available for reservation.
• The adult scheduling the party is responsible for paying the guest fee for all people attending the party (adults and children) regardless of whether they are swimming or not.
• The gate guard will have the guest list and check off party guests as they arrive.
• The manager will confirm the actual number of guests attending on the day of the party and calculate the total guest fees to be paid based on the current guest fee of $10.00/person.
