Welcome to the BBT Snack Shack, your go-to spot for tasty treats and refreshing snacks right by the pool! Whether you’re looking for a quick bite between swim practices or a cool snack to enjoy on a sunny afternoon, we’ve got a variety of options to satisfy every craving.

From ice cream and popsicles to chips and candy, our snack shack offers favorites that kids and adults alike can enjoy. Stop by to refuel and keep your energy up while you relax, swim, or cheer on the swim team!

Payment Information: We are cash-free!

The Snack Shack will not accept cash payments. You can pay by:

1. Credit/Debit Card

• We accept payments via Square at the Snack Shack
• There is a $5 minimum purchase for all transactions because of the processing fees

2. PoolDues Concession Credit (Recommended)
You can add money to your household’s concession balance through the membership portal and use those funds throughout the summer. Here’s how it works:

• Add money to your family’s concession account through PoolDues (our membership portal)
• Your balance is linked to your membership
• When you make a purchase, staff will deduct it to from your balance
• You can track the purchase history and remaining balance through your membership dashboard

Important: Photos & Account PIN

To help Snack Shack staff verify purchases, please make sure that all member photos in your PoolDues account are clear and up to date, especially for children who may be making purchases on their own.

At checkout, staff will use account photos to confirm the purchaser is a covered member on your account before charging purchases to your concession balance.

Some purchases may also require your membership PIN for verification. Please make sure any children who are authorized to make purchases know the PIN associated with your account.

How to Add Funds

Adding funds is easy. Click on the “Shop” tab at the top of the website and select “Guest Passes & Concessions.” Choose your preferred amount under Concessions Credit and add to cart. The funds will show in your membership account after purchase.

Many families find this especially convenient for children, since it allows them to make purchases without carrying cash or a credit card. You’ll also pay fewer transaction fees by loading funds to your account balance.

How Purchases Are Tracked

Each time you buy something using your concession balance:

• The amount spent is deducted immediately
• Front desk staff can process purchases in the PoolDues system
• You can always see your remaining balance online in your member dashboard

Checking Your Balance

You can log into your PoolDues member dashboard anytime to:

• View your current concession balance
• Review recent purchases
• Decide when to add more funds

We encourage families—especially those with children purchasing snacks independently—to preload funds for quick and easy checkout.

We are also excited to share that we have hired some of our own BBT kiddos to staff the Snack Shack—many of them working their very first job. We ask all members to please be kind, patient and encouraging as they learn. We also encourage parents to remind their children to treat our staff with kindness and respect.
